RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Smoke Ring Grill & BBQ  has the right to refuse returns that are passed the 15th day allowable  time frame.
